Being mindful person in all day is not easy, I must found my own habits and
strategies to become a more productive person. I have an ideal figure as a
productive person. She is Sri Mulyani, our current Minister of Finance. I have
thought that her good career is caused by her time management. She is so
inspiring me as a wife, a mom, and a worker. I say it, balance life, and I set
balance life as my goal life.
I said I use bullet journal to schedule out my daily activities, but I
haven’t been using it well. I know when my to-do lists in bullet journal is well
done in enough time, I can achieve my goal life. Although, my schedule is
listed, it must be flexible. Beside
that, I have some strategies that I read from some articles, like wake up early
morning at 5 a.m, create morning routine (praying and workout), and start my
priorities. I am new mom with my 4 months old baby, but I want to be active as
wife, mom, worker, and social woman. Now, I am learning to manage my time in
doing activites and taking rest.
Being active in all roles make me get much brain dump. Is it my time to
take it slow? I don’t know, I have been learning about it. I hope I found it
fast so that I can be more productive. The other challenge for me is my mobile
phone. I have been addicted to scroll my social media. Keep away my mobile
phone and keep silent or switch off mobile phone can be solutions. I have to
solve my challenging to get my balance life. Keep fighting, Lusi, mamak Toba!!!
